1. A written application for enrollment must be submitted with appropriate fees.

2. The application must be accompanied with a complete pastoral form from the church the family attends.

3. Students grades 5-12 must be interviewed by the administrator or designee.

4. Parents must agree to submit their children to the discipline and overall program of the school as outlined in detail in the Student Parent Handbook.
