Students have the opportunity to compete in city-wide competitions such as Math Olympics, Science Fair, Spelling Bee, Speech, and Writing.

| Reading Program |
The ability to read is crucial to a student's progress in every subject area. Special reading assistance is provided for students. In addition, workshops are conducted for parents on "How to Help Your Children with Reading and Writing."

| Curriculum |
The curriculum ensures that all academic subjects are taught at the appropriate grade levels to prepare students for advancement and to ensure that all state requirements are completed for graduation and students are prepared for college. The curriculum used for three-year-old preschool through twelfth grade may include A-Beka, Saxon and an interactive computer based curriculum by Alpha Omega Publications that integrates information technology into the educational atmosphere to accelerate learning. There is a digital revolution taking place, we are living in a computer age and technology is a fact of life. Today, computer skills are basic as reading and writing and our students are well-equipped.
